I truly enjoy living at Diamond Valley Apartments for their location, the apartment itself, and of course the community and staff. The location is perfect for my commute, and also the layout is perfect. The apartment in general, may be dated in style, but functionally everything is always in tip top shape. All the appliances are up to date, and even if something needs to be repaired, maintenance is always quick about it. Out of the three years, I've had three maintenance calls, and everything was always seamless and quick. The manager, Mike is truly an asset. He not only cares about the property, but he truly cares for the community as well. He is always friendly and helpful, and he takes the time to really get to know his residents. We have a two bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 3rd floor. We enjoy the high ceiling, open floor plan with fireplace and balcony of this unit along with the large master bedroom, walk-in shower, large walk thru closet, and the second bedroom and second bath. Our unit has the laundry room off the kitchen with ample room for storage. We enjoy using the indoor pool, community room, and option to rent the guest suite when we have family gatherings. We also enjoy the temperature controlled underground parking garage for our vehicle as well as for indoor walking when the weather is not ideal to walk outdoors. The on-site manager is friendly and easy to contact if we have questions or issues. We are proud to call Diamond Valley our home.

Diamond Valley Apartments where I currently live have been very accommodating to any of my needs while my husband was going through chemo treatments. I asked if I could buy a high rise toilet for my 6’6” husband to make things easier for him and the very next day, I was informed that a new one would be installed at no expense! They are amazing here! There seems to be always some kind of activity going on for all the residents to be involved in. Christmas cookie exchange, craft shows, barbecues, library for everyone to enjoy. Love having the pool & exercise room available to enjoy. Having the Community Room to use when you are having a group of people for entertaining is so great! Having the elevator & shopping carts are another great bonus for everyone living here. Carmel Estates is a great place to live!! We hope to live here a long time! We appreciate that maintenance requests are handled without delay! Israel is wonderful to work with and really cares that the property is kept up and improved! He is renovating the apartments as they are vacated! The property manager, Mason, is accessible and responsive! We requested an ADA accommodation and it was approved and completed immediately! The underground garage is a definite plus!

The apartments come with wonderful resources like a pool, hot tub, and gym room. At first it was gross and unpleasant, but with some maintenance they did everything is back in top condition. The complex went under some much needed construction and it looks wonderful now. Whether it be keeping me updated on the construction, snow plow schedule , or fun community gathering we do at the apartments, they're good at communication with the tenants.
