It's nice down here. Only thing sucks Florida and its random rain showers. Real peaceful and calming.

This place is amazing. It is very well kept and has an amazing pool and lazy river. I like the fact that it is gated and has security at the gates. That said, most of houses here are vacation rental houses managed by 3rd party companies. I notice a lot of negative reviews for the status of the renal homes. Unfortunately this all comes down to which rental company manages the property. Some are better then others. Renting through VRBO may be a better option as the home owners are much more involved in the process.

The house was nice community pool was nice The only downside is the air conditioners is regulated to 72° and cant go lower, also the internet went down and was told that it was that I get fixed on Monday so we was without internet cable for two days and a half. The cellular service for all providers was not good there so Wi-Fi was a must and cable also for the kids to go to sleep

I was looking for a vacation home for one of my clients. This community offers lots of benefits to investors and renters. Great neighborhood choice.

Airbnb rental. 13 bedroom unit. The community pool is awesome 👌
