STAY AWAY!!!! been here for almost 2 years first off the rental office will steal your rent and send letters but when everyone complains says it was an accident, garage is always broken 10+ cars getting broken into at a time , overnight “security” leaving the property/ drunk in cars , ROACH INFESTION !!! , mice on 4th floor , new leasing agents every 3 months , no maintenance, packages constantly being stolen , constant people in the hallway screaming at 3-4 am , kids vandalizing and terrorizing the halls please move somewhere else your better off around 37th for all of this

I've visited many apartments complexes in my life but let me tell you, nothing matched the way Solstice's staff at the leasing office welcomes you! Paris was absolutely amazing from the tour to explaining everything to me. She made sure my daughter and I were well taken care of. She truly made me feel at home. I almost wanted to ask her did we meet before? Professionalism on top. Thank you for making my experience so positive. You deserve 10 stars and above!

Never judge a book by its cover...not saying the outside is not beautiful because it is very attractive, but when I walked through the doors I was greeted by the most amazing staff that was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I felt at home, the club room space was nice and inviting. The building was bright and well kept. The model homes were beautiful. The apartments were actually very spacious and well designed. If you have a moment to stop by and fill out an application or attend an open house you should definitely.

I’m looking to relocate due To a job change, and I was a bit skeptical to call due to the reviews that I seen online, but I’m glad I reached out. They have a property agent named Paris and her smile is infectious as well as her professionalism being top tier. She was very patient with the several questions I asked and she also gave me great information on the surrounding area.
