Solstice Apartments

My experience at this community has been extremely disappointing. If not for the location and the appearance of the apartment, I would not choose to live here. The management team is inadequate and consistently fails to communicate, even regarding minor issues—Often times requiring MULTIPLE calls, emails, and office visits for the SAME issue. Including property manager, Nico. From July through the end of November, I experienced an ongoing A/C leak. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, the issue received little to no timely response. The prolonged leak resulted in mold growth, Apartment damage and damage to my internet equipment, leaving me without internet service for several days. Just moved in about a week ago and have been loving it here. Nico went above and beyond to help make the moving and settling in process hassle free. I wish I would have moved here sooner but better late than never. Between top notch amenities, great location, beautiful apartments, and an amazing staff this place is great!

I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance team at Solstice, specifically Paul and Sergio. Work orders rarely seem to get completed in a timely manner, and when they are marked as “done,” the issues often persist. We have had constant AC problems that never seem to be fully resolved, despite multiple requests and follow-ups. Air conditioning in Florida is not optional , it’s essential — and the repeated failures to properly fix it are unacceptable. Paul and Sergio are almost always together, and it often feels like very little actually gets accomplished. Instead of dividing tasks to be more efficient, they appear inseparable, which makes total sense that my work orders continue to pile up and problems remain unresolved. Since moving to the United States and living at Solstice, I have felt truly welcomed. Not only by the staff, but also by my neighbors — something friends who have lived here longer say is rare to find. I would like to thank the entire team, and especially Crystal. She is an incredible person: generous, attentive, always very helpful, and willing to assist in any situation. With her, everything feels easier and lighter. I am truly grateful for this experience.

A beautifully maintained apartment with nice amenities both private and public. They host weekly gatherings for the residents and their floorplans and simply divine. Daniel, one of the leasing agents, literally helped us out personally with a laundry issue when our machines went down. There is incredible attention to detail and every staff member are receptive to helping out should you have any concerns. Wonderful place to call home.
