I have been a resident for almost a year now and just resigned my lease! We had new management take over a few months back and they really have our best interests in mind! The Property Manager, Mandy, is easily available to communicate any issues with! We’ve been very much enjoying our time here!

I’ve had a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is the maintenance team, especially Jesus. He is absolutely awesome. Every time I’ve needed help, he’s been quick to respond, super professional, and genuinely friendly. He actually cares about fixing things the right way, not just doing a quick patch job. It’s such a relief knowing that when something goes wrong, Jesus has it handled. Maintenance like this really makes a place feel like home.

Just so everyone knows, this place is called ‘Solmere’ now, not sure if they’re trying to rebrand to outrun their atrocious reputation, or if they’re dumb enough to actually believe a name change fixes all the things wrong with this place. Mold everywhere, entire stairwells blocked off for 1+ years knowing there’s only one staircase per building, insulation and other exposed hazardous materials everywhere you look. And don’t get me started on the maintenance. Beware they will say they’ve fixed something they didn’t lay a single eye on. I’ve had mold for over several months that I’ve spent hundreds and stressed over trying to remove and all I got for it was gaslit and the mold ‘spray painted’ over, which didn’t even last. I’ve been living at the Tides since the beginning of 2023, and I can confidently say that I’ve had zero issues the office couldn’t fix. I was here before they got new management and after and I’m pleasantly surprised with both! Maintenance is quick, and the leasing office is super friendly plus knowledgeable. This will be my last year at the tides but not because of a negative experience but due to me leaving the state of Arizona. I called in about my floors since when I moved in originally they were pretty banged up and it was getting more increasingly difficult to mop around the patches and Mandy from the leasing office organized for my floors to be completely replaced within the week and they look amazing! Overall, I would definitely recommend the Tides on 61st :)

I recently toured here. The leasing agent Celeste showed me around and made the whole process super easy and welcoming. She was super nice and helpful!
