From my very first visit through the day I moved in, SOLIS Kennesaw has felt like one of the most upscale properties in Cobb County. It truly feels like living in a luxury hotel — the lobby and common areas are tastefully appointed, the lighting and finishes create a calm, refined atmosphere, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. There’s an immediate sense of care and attention to detail that makes the whole place feel special. The staff are outstanding. My representative, Verena Guerguis, was and remains the best — patient, respectful, and willing to take the time to walk me through every step. I live here and absolutely love the front office staff—Ivey, Verena, Parker, and Dillard. They are always asking how I’m doing and checking in on how my apartment is. They’re genuinely great people to talk to and truly care about getting to know you as a resident, not just a tenant. Solis itself is a great place to live. The amenities are easy to access, have great hours, and the community events are a huge plus. From candle-making activities to free food, they really make an effort to look out for residents and create a welcoming community. 10/10 recommend living at Solis!
