Solis at Petrosa

Super responsive with phone calls/email/texts. Was able to tour and see a space I could rent same day, And reserve the apartment I wanted. Staff was super helpful, attentive, and able to share great details about The rental space and the surrounding Bend area.

Elena and Natalie are the best! When we moved here in the summer of 2024, they were both incredibly kind and helpful with the lease and move-in. Since then, they have always been highly attentive and responsive to any concerns or needs we've had during our stay. They are both very professional, personable and give their all to making this place more than just a group of apartments but a real and vibrant community by hosting all kinds of events, creating a beautiful and welcoming environment in the lobby, and always greeting us by name and taking the time to listen, talk with us, and let us know they care. I give 5 stars to Elena alone because she was the only person I was able to reach in the office while I resided there. She was the only reason I felt comfortable living there. She was constantly professional and even when a line of people were waiting to speak with her she was beyond patient and understanding with everyone I saw her encounter, other than myself. She is an absolute asset to that company and they should know it!

Solis at Petrosa has been such an amazing community to call home! We have been so pleased with this community since day one of moving in. To start the community is gorgeous and updated, located just across the street from a huge park that makes taking my daily walks after work a breeze with great views, we have a pool, gym and awesome pet wash room for our furry friends! Mark, Matt and the whole staff has been so kind and accommodating during a stressful cross country move. Thank you Solis at Petrosa for everything! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new home in Bend, OR.

I had a great tour at Solis at Petrosa. The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The place is beautiful and welcoming — I liked it so much I applied right away. Highly recommend checking it out!
