This is the first review I have ever done. I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and professionalism of this company. I needed to do a 4 point inspection last minute for a home that I was trying to close on. If I didn’t have it done within a 24 hour window my closing date would have been delayed and my loan would have gone into default. I tried several company’s before I called solid property inspections inc and nobody could help me. Once I called Mr. Johnston from solid property inspections I was completely blown away by the fact that he was sincere to my situation.
