We had a great experience touring Solay Carnes Crossroads. Mr. Griffin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made a great impression. He also made the application process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend checking this place out. I am truly hoping to call Solay Apartments in Summerville my home as soon as possible. From the moment we visited, Solay stood out as peaceful, beautifully designed, and incredibly well maintained. Solay is such a great apartment complex! Just signed my lease there, and everything has been great. During the apartment tours, the leasing staff were very friendly, and they never felt fake or attempted to make things look better than they were. The complex and its amenities spoke for themselves. I had the pleasure of touring with Griffin, and he seemed very personable and real. The amenities at this apartment are very much worth the price. There are other apartments in the same area with the same price range, but way less amenities and added value. Solay is definitely the best value for the price range.
