Hamid was incredibly helpful and insightful on my tour!! His friendliness and attentiveness to my questions did not go unnoticed, and the waterfront property itself was beautiful. Highly recommend this beautiful community to anyone new to the area!

I moved into this community a few weeks ago, and I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Evan at the leasing office who's help & guidance throughout the onboarding process has been thoughtful, attentive, professional and immensely instrumental throughout my move. Himself and the staff here have been truly wonderful to work with. Whether it be onboarding, maintenance requests or general Q&As. I could not think of a better staff to engage with in my time here, and looking forward to having Solaris be my new home!

I have had a great experience with Hamid and Solaris Key! I moved from out of state and went through the entire touring/leasing process virtually. Hamid was very helpful and the apartment unit and complex are exactly as pictured. The property management staff is present during office hours and helpful with questions I've had, which is rare in most places! Moved in two weeks ago.

My fiancé and I just signed our lease for a year and are very excited to update this review after our stay. Hamid, our leasing representative, has been superb and has supported us along every step of the process as we are from out of state. The amenities, price range, and bay location were the main factors for us. Solaris Key is definitely worth checking out and touring!

Better Call Behnken! 😂 Stay away at all cost! Their consulting and customer service is disastrous starting with Matt seaman and CJ. I had multiple billing issues with the company where they double billed me and then held my funds captive until the next month. They never accepted blame but that was only the beginning... I Put in service requests for a/c ductwork cleaning 3 months before moving out and they charged me a fraudulent charge of $ 4855 for Microbial Growth Remediation. They charged the tenant for their own mold! When asked for pictures and proof of work for an insurance claim they scuffed and said they can’t provide it!
