Love my new place, counter tops are beautiful, my kitchen looks chef ready, my floor looks very nice and clean lots of space for ingredients my bathroom looks like im in a hotel in vegas spacious rooms and elegant mirrors i love it here!!! Thank you Nancy 🥰 & maintenance team for your hard work.

Management is outstanding! Thank you, Nancy and Karina, for your exceptional support and professionalism. I was fully satisfied with the location, amenities, and the apartment itself. The price was incredibly affordable, and the apartment was both spacious and comfortable. Living here has been a fantastic experience—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home! Photo just show the beautiful views you can have!

Genuinely the worst mistake I have made is signing a lease here. We are currently facing record high temperatures in Phoenix during the winter and for some reason this complex is on a system from the 1970's so your air conditioning gets turned off in favor of heat. The heat is super useful during our 80 degree days while I work from home. When I asked management for help, because they did not put it in the lease that the A/C would be turned off, they told me "that sucks get a fan". you're better off living in a box up in flagstaff then here.

I just moved in and am impressed with how nice, responsive and professional both Karina and Nancy are. Both have gone the extra mile and have made it such a smooth transition. Also, shout out to Abraham for making some adjustments to my apartment. They all made it a very positive experience! Thanks to all of you!

Had a tour of this property first time being in phoenix and it was so gorgeous, the residents seemed nice and polite when they walked by saying hello n etc , Karina the assistant manager, was AMAZING she was so sweet and helpful with this tour and every question I asked was answered I left with no questions to even ask ! The rooms are a great size and the pool was also a big thing for me and definitely a nice place to lounge day or night :)
