Solaris at Shadow Mountain (Formerly Copper Canyon)

I don’t live here myself, but I was in the office with a friend who does and I got to see the team in action. Katheryn, the Manager, is awesome!! You can tell she’s very experienced because her customer service is top-level. I also wanted to shout out Sweedlana, the Leasing Agent. She was so nice and attentive to everyone coming in. She really seems to have a heart for helping people. I even noticed the maintenance crew out on the property working very hard and staying on top of things. It’s refreshing to see a team that gets the job done and genuinely cares about the people living there. Great vibe!

I have been living here for 9 months I moved in with hope and optimism with this being my first apartment and it quickly turned sour! The manager of the complex did not tell me my unit would be roach infested I was offered the option for weekly pest control but only at my own expense (they add 5$ to my rent every month) and I have to place a work order each week for them come out! Not only that but my maintenance request are often marked as completaré when no one has ever come to out I’m fix anything! I went 8 months without one side of my bathroom sink working and they put holes n the walls doing repairs the took them weeks to come out and fix. The pool is NEVER clean and the smaller one has some form of black mold growing inside of it that has never been treated! The laundry machine ate

When I first moved into Copper Canyon, it was questionable. I chose it at the time based on location and price. The aundry room had only 2 working washers. The water pipes leaked all the time. There were small floods everywhere. The pool turned green when the warmer weather set in. My front door was less than secure. The building looked run down. The stucco had large holes. They went through office mangers and leasing agents faster than the turn over at a drive thru. After awhile, someone hired two wonderful ladies. Katheryn Lambert Community Manger and Sweedlana Aguilar, Leasing Consultant. These two ladies are a force to be reckoned with. In the short time they have been there, the place has really turned around. They changed all the main plumbing valves and fixed the whole water

Sal came by to fix a leak in my apartment. In the past years I have lived here, (5 years) I have had many issues. HOWEVER Sal and the NEW maintenance team has shown great improvements. Sal took his time today, and didnt just do patch work, he actually replaced what was broken, and put the parts that were needed. Did it tske a few more minutes? Yes But was the job done RIGHT? YES Thats what places like Copper Canyon should strive to do. If they continue to repair things like what was done recently for me, instead of PATCH work like in the past, I see only great things for the apartments in the future. Now all they need is a security team so people can sleep at night without fear of their car or home being broken into.

I love living here. They got a new maintenance team & management team & they’re on it. The maintenance team fixed any issues immediately & the ladies in the leasing office are super sweet as well as personable.
