Solano Park Apartments

I've been living here for over 5 years now and it's been a great place to live for me!! I've been living in this same one block neighborhood on 17th Ave for over 22 years now because of its close proximity to the Christown Mall property. I've got everything I need within a few blocks or so of where I live now. I've loved living here at Solano Park Apartments since it's a small fully gated community. It's also my first apartment that I've ever had where I've had no carpeting throughout the apartment as well as having a private patio right off my bedroom. All three of those things were why I rented here!! I was glad when our current management company took over running things and we got our current manager Karla!! She's been great to work with no matter what I've needed to talk to her about.

I love living here. I was looking for a condo that felt like a home and is everything I could ask for and more. Whoever did the layout did an amazing job.I also appreciate the neighborhood and everyone keeps to them-self. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. If you're interested in living here definitely reserve an apt because they do go quick.

Love living here at Solano Park Apartments! Can’t say enough good things about CalCap Properties, the new management team. They are true professionals who make a positive impact on the residents and guests. The grounds are well maintained, the laundry facility is clean and maintenance requests are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. We are close to shopping, restaurants and the Metro Rail which makes it so convenient. If you are looking for a wonderful place to call home, come and visit Solano Park Apartments.

Roach infested. There’s roaches inside and outside these apartments. They live in the walls and come up through the drains. We keep our apartment very clean and we keep buying different types of poison and they just keep showing up! Please fumigate these buildings! 🤢

I've been living here for a few months and it's a comfortable environment. Management is professional, maintenance orders are always done in time and they keep the property clean. I can see myself signing another lease term.
