Solano At Chapel Hill Apartments

I recently toured Solano with Jennifer and it was in a word, gorgeous! I was looking for a 2- bedroom apartment and she showed me a few options. When I explained that the 2-beds were amazing but out of my price range, Jennifer showed me a very spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a flex space perfect for my desk! I’m not moving for a few months but right now Solano is in my TOP 3. Thank You Jennifer for the tour and great conversation and hospitality.

We just moved into Solano at Chapel Hill last month (March), and so far, it’s been a fantastic experience. The community is quiet, clean, and feels very safe—exactly what we were hoping for. Our apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with great natural light that makes it feel like home. From day one, the management and maintenance teams have been incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. When we noted a few minor damages upon move-in—mainly to clarify that they were pre-existing—Jinni went above and beyond by arranging to have them repaired. That level of care and attention really stood out to us. Linda has also been such a warm and welcoming presence. I moved to Solano Apartments with my teenagers in summer 2025 and we've really enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The gym is always clean, and our neighbors are friendly and respectful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff are kind and professional. Shout out to Linda for always bringing positive energy to every event! We're happy to call Solano home.

I'm only writing this review because I live next door and I see daily how much they take care of this property while alas, the apartments I selected are NEGLECTED and most likely where the break ins stem from .. Lyv. If you have a choice - rent from Solano, I do see them DAILY taking great care of the property. We have NEVER had a steady maintenance man the entire 2 years I've lived next door at the ever changing ownership of Lyv (or 86 North or whatever name they've decided this week to call themselves) and I really wish I was at Solano.

Moved in with family weeks ago. This is truly a quiet and peaceful place to live. Apartment is clean and everything in a good condition. Homestead park nearby and close to several other parks for outdoor activities. Pharmacy and grocery are all in walking distance. Staffs are nice, patient and responsive. So far I have a great experience here and I’m sure my family agree
