Solana Apartments

I drove 35 minutes out of my way for a scheduled tour of this complex, only to be told when I arrived that they had absolutely nothing available to show me. What makes it worse is that no one even bothered to call or email me ahead of time to let me know. That’s not just inconvenient—that’s extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and gas. A simple phone call could’ve prevented this whole situation, but instead, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. If this is how they treat potential residents before you even sign a lease, I can only imagine how careless they’d be once you’re actually living there and need something fixed or handled properly. So far I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Solana Apartments, it’s quiet, spacious with up to date appliances, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff that consistently exceeded my expectations. I had a parking issues due to my own miscalculations and Claudia assisted me with revising the issue. The rest of the staff was helpful and responsive to any concerns I had. Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an affordable comfortable and welcoming place to call home.".

This was definitely an unpleasing living situation. Claudia, the front desk manager of solana apartments had been very Deceitful and disrespectful. Multiple times. I have been living there one year and out of the whole year. My water has been turned off at LEAST seven times for more than a day at a time sometimes IT WOULD BE just the HOT water or NO WATER in general. Let alone how things were broken/ and or not fixed prior to me moving in. And even then built up mold in my airways. 3 days ago from today the locks were changed on my apartment after the fact i told Claudia i wouldnt be renewing my lease. Today my things have been put out my apartment because i brought yo her attention the lack of effort and focus there has been with my apartment and the things that needed to be fixed

roaches everywhere I had to spay for the roaches myself with beach and I can't put my food in the Cabinet our there where get everywhere have to keep my food on my table and I do have my kid's this is not a good apt at our i can't let my kids play outside that's willing sad and the pool is always Dirty and you here Gunshots.in the middle of the night by my Window and my kids will always Get scared and they can't not sleep.

Idk who they foolin or paying this isn't no 5 stars I tell you that. They need a hire people that actually know how to fix pipes there is never any hot water you call and they never answer then expect us to pay. blasting music all hours of the night like other residents don't work in the early morning. Then wanna make it a set rate for utilities but don't nothing work can't fix anything right.
