Solace Ballpark Village

Honestly, this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve toured in Arizona. The pricing is affordable, the amenities are excellent, and the staff has always been helpful and approachable. I truly only have good things to say about this place. The property manager, Jessica, is extremely professional and consistently on top of any issues that come up. Parking is rarely crowded, the gym has state-of-the-art equipment, and the grounds are always well maintained. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to everything in the West Valley. I highly recommend Jessica and the staff at Solace to anyone looking for an apartment.

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for maintenance. Art is a superstar. So professional and efficient! After my request is submitted, he'll promptly address all concerns. He genuinely wants your home to be in the best working order and doesn't cut corners. I trust when I need something done, I don't have to wait days for things to be fixed, no matter how big or small. The office has answered all my questions. They always make sure that they follow up and make sure any concern is fully addressed. For me, the front office & maintenance are key parts in choosing a place, so I can say with confidence that they earned these stars. Mark is the man, he goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are taken care of. I truly appreciate that he takes the time to answer my calls and respond in a timely manner. He makes you feel at home and is always willing to help with a smile on his face. The way he treated us was one of the main reasons we decided to call Solace Ballpark Village our home! Thanks, Mark!

Officially a Resident! I won’t take back the help I got to get these apartments but I do need to edit my review. Been living here for less that a month and I can only say one thing about these apartments, they are built cheap. Everything so far feels like it’s falling apart, doesn’t work properly or breaks apart easily. I’ve submitted more maintenance requests in the 2 and a half weeks of living here than in when I lived 2 years at my old apartments. Biggest example I can give is when my garbage disposal stopped working and the worker came to “fix it” told me Ice can help clean the drain sometimes so to from time to time throw some ice chips down the drain and I did just that and the whole tub/ pipe for the sink bursted off at the bottom and ice and water spilled everywhere. We’ve been at solace for the better part of a year and have had an amazing experience with everything! From Saint at the front office to Art & Josh on the maintenance team everyone has been so polite and efficient. Any issue we’ve had have been resolved during the same business day or if not possible immediate next day! The facilities are lovely (pool, gym, lounge area) and it’s a peaceful complex! 10/10 would recommend staying here, especially with the up and coming area and quick access to highways, trails, and good food!
