Soho Lofts

Today Feb. 16/2025 - 6:50am The rudest front desk employee I ever had to interact with, this man was super rude and unprofessional, I don't know who hired him to be the face of this high rise building, terrible idea. I feel bad for the residents who have to deal with him every day.

Love staying at Soho Lofts. The staff here are always nice. The cleaning crew that maintains the place keeps the apartments smelling great and clean as well. The location is perfect with a great view. Easy parking too nearby, but the only downfall is when there are parades we get blocked in. But, the building gives us enough notice to plan ahead. There is a salon, restaurants downstairs and within walking distance and other things you'll need so you won't have to go far. There is a gym, sauna, pool and jacuzzi all available for residents 24/7. Lastly, this is a dog-friendly place too! Places for your pups to go potty nearby and lots of other dogs in the building that are friendly to say hi to. Highly recommend Soho Lofts as a nice place to enjoy in downtown Las Vegas. My company was there to do some work yesterday, Tuesday 5-18-21. We do a lot of work in a lot of buildings around the valley. The front desk person, Chris was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. In my opinion he was the best example of how a front desk person should conduct business, and consequently made our experience much, much more pleasant.

Staff all around are very helpful and pleasurable. They definitely are very patient in our busy fast paced days through there. WARNING: There are a ton of Homeless people that aren't the most pleasant people to encounter. They can be very pushy and can be threatening and scary also. The workers at Soho do as much as possible to remove them from hassling people and if they don't see them and if you feel threatened, to alert them and they will immediately come to intervene and can resolve the situation. Hell they even offer to walk people to their cars if you have to park outside the parking garage. Construction was a really big annoyance for 2 years but there's nothing that can be done about 75% of the units on the floor being gutted and redone.

Floor plans are great but pool is very small and no clubroom in the building. Views are great though! Can walk to Walgreens and other bars/restaurants in the area.
