Soho Lofts

We moved to Soho Lofts two weeks ago, and so far everything has been impeccable! From the very beginning of the lease with Ashley to the concierge and maintenance teams. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly by the maintenance team. We received great support from Dwight - in addition to being fast, he is very professional and kind.

We lived here for 3 years. In terms of style and layout it was our favorite of the newer JC buildings, but living here was frustrating, aggravating, and expensive. The narrow streets and heavy traffic all around the building, esp if you face 495, mean crazy non-stop noise. We lived in a 3BR, our rent went up 20% over 3 years; without fighting it would have been even higher. "algorithmic pricing not much we can do!" The garage is really tight and was poorly managed. The elevator was having problems for years, living on high floors it was infuriating. The bus shuttle to HOB was almost always a frustrating mess. The staff is always turning over and often seemed just as frustrated as we were. There were a lot of rude, inconsiderate neighbors and management did little to nothing. It seems manag

Julian was amazing to work with! He was so quick with follow-ups and always made sure we had the information we needed right away. He made our whole group feel super welcomed from the very start, and he turned what could’ve been a stressful process into something really easy and smooth. We’re so grateful for all his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a place.

Ashley was extremely attentive and helpful with the entire move in process. Communication on my end definitely wasn’t perfect & yet she handled it with ease. It’s been a pleasure.
