Extremely rude and passive-aggressive front desk staff, along with the worst management team. Their guest pass check-in system is by far the worst I’ve experienced in the city. They leave you waiting there with no assistance. Only when you push back, they suddenly ‘find’ you in their poorly managed system. This is a nice building, but urgently needs a professional management team and front desk staff who understand basic hospitality and know how to assist tenants and guests instead of making the process extremely difficult.

The security guard is very very rude and mean, I came in with a big tray of food to be delivered, I wish him good morning and ask how do I go up, he told me to call and I saw a stool and try to put on it to make the phone call and he start yelling at me not to put it there and ask me to put the food on the floor wats u think you like ur food to put on the floor, please look at this matter

Beautyfull area in NY SOHO

Very terrible experience they have no customer service number and will most definitely try to scam you given the chance. Stay away from this fake company.
