Sofay Lofts Apartments

Very knowledgeable staff, kind and genuinely helpful with the entire moving process. They work with you to make sure your requests are met (if possible) ie: downstairs/upstairs, etc. Set up for utilities is super quick and efficient, pet friendly, and grounds are immaculate. Neighbors are quiet and courteous. The apartments are clean, Recently remodeled and super stylish. great for a couple or single parent. Would Definitely recommend.

This property is now owned by Wheelhouse Real Estate Management. I emailed them about a week ago with photos showing the horrible conditions that the property is in and have not received a response. They should not be posting these apartments. When I arrived for my scheduled viewing, no one was there, and I had to call and wait for someone to drive to the property. The manager who arrived did not have the right keys for the units, and we had to wait for maintenance to let us in. The property is covered in trash. It's along the fence line, in front of the units, in the bushes, around the trees, and under the stairs. The buildings are covered in dirt, and there are holes everywhere in the siding. One of the buildings is tagged with spray paint. The cabinets and drawers are expanded and fraye

This complex is seriously got some massive renovations. I’ve tried to get a place at Bedford Loop multiple times and the landlords were never even there no matter what time of the day. I come to the new Sofay Lofts one time and one of the nicest guys (Richard) I’ve ever met in my life. Professionally toured me an apartment my first two minutes in the complex. they got brand new appliances, brand new wiring, brand, new plumbing, where the grounds used to flood they are now gonna drain. They got a contract with some trash guys who will pick up trash every single day, keeping the complex clean and being convenient for you. They’ll pick it up at your doorstep and let you know when they’re on their way. Don’t quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure the water gas Internet and trash are a fixed

SoFay Lofts is a great place to live. They are very helpful and friendly. When I needed to downsize they helped me with a new place and have been very easy to deal with and offered a lot of help!!

Richard made what could have been a very difficult process seamless! Helping my sister find the perfect “college apartment” was easy once I saw these and met with management! Area is fantastic and remodels are beautiful! While it’s a great college apartment, I would be comfortable there myself at almost 40! If you’re looking for a clean cute place with incredible management- look no further! SoFay is the place to be!
