SoCo Park Apartments

I just want to say, I am truly grateful to have met Brittany. I've never been so comfortable with an apartment manager the way I am with her. She is AMAZING and was a GREAT BIG HELP in my time of need. Martha as well they both go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are satisfied.

I love living here it like. Big family always greeted with love by britnay and if you have any issues she will get it fix .. Martha is a big contribution to the team always smile always ready to help jus amazing person .. maintance team when I say team work makes the dream work it them.. I'm. A big on my kids and there well being and my son recently been struggling with a hip and leg problem we are on the 3rd floor and my BBY can't make it up .. when I say I'm so greatfull for the staff I'm greatfull they all pulld it together and I will be moving to a first floor to commadate my son medical Issuse .. I will definitely recommend this property as loving family community thank you all so much .. and I referred a family member instantly approved they got 400 gift card and I will get a

Martha is hands down one of the best parts of living at SoCo Park Apartments. She is friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. She always takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and follows through. It’s obvious she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Her professionalism and kindness make the community feel welcoming, and she truly goes above and beyond as an Assistant Manager.

Brittany is amazing she is so kind and caring. She has gone above and beyond any property manager that I have ever talked to (at other properties). She has answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns regarding my dad. I really truly appreciate her and her staff. I wish there were more compassionate people like them. ❤️

I've had a great experience living at Soco Park.The staff are amazing and helpful every time i go in.I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable,well managed place to live.
