Rent was cheap, but peace of mind isn't. Poorly managed. Great neighborhood around some fun food/coffee/bar options, and close enough to the airport and downtown without dealing with the downsides of either. However... My bedroom flooded multiple times, basically any time it rained hard. I lived with dam bags to catch/stop encroaching water for ~5 months. It was a continuing problem. Maintenance was helpful, but god only knows what is going on in the walls. I was contacted once by management about a week after the second time it flooded, and the actual property manager said she was never told about it/had no knowledge. Prior to moving in, I asked about flooding specifically and was told it was not an issue. However, when I looked online recently, I saw that other people had the same c

Nice and cheap apartments but whenever I had an emergency for my stuff at the apartments the staff don't do anything and give me a number to a place that is close even though they were the emergency number

I have lived here for almost two years now and have really enjoyed it! My apartment is one of the smaller ones but it’s great for one person and I love my patio. I like the gated parking, how nice and quick maintenance is, and the location is great. It’s in a good area and people are friendly, plus there is recycling. The laundry room can have machines out of order at times which can be inconvenient for multiple people to use the shared facilities. Over the course of living here, I submitted one complaint to management and received a response saying if I had a problem I should just break the lease. I believe that may have been handled better but want to give management the benefit of the doubt because otherwise communication has been pleasant. I’ll be sad to leave.

Pros: -Modern utilities -Location -Google Fiber internet -New management company is making improvements slowly but surely -Philip is the best lead maintenance person I've ever had. I'm always afraid that Cirrus Management will move him to a different complex because we really need him! -I've never had a maintenance request take longer than the following morning Cons: -Old infrastructure/mildewy smell with AC. You'll want an air purifier if you live here. -Limited sunlight through windows, although this depends on which unit you're in -Communication from Cirrus could improve. Several times we've gotten email notices about water shutoffs or loud construction after it's already happening.

Honestly, I’ve really enjoyed living here. Yeah it’s a little out dated on the outside, and the in unit washer/dryer is confusing to use, but other than that this place has been wonderful. The location is awesome. Like really really awesome. Right next to Cosmic which is probably the best chill bar/food/coffee spot in Austin, and Crux climbing gym. There’s a cool cigar shop up the street for guys to go hang out and smoke and watch sports, and you’re close enough to 290 to avoid all the neighborhood traffic if you have to get to work that way. All of the tenants in the apartment (currently) are great people and most of them have really sweet pets! My cat loves it here and frankly I’m going to be sad when we move because she’s made a lot of friends roaming around. The units themselves are re
