If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bought our first home, built by Sobel, thinking buying a new home made sense. Many in our neighborhood are experiencing many difficulties due to the poor build. 7 years later we're being charged over $20,000 to have the home corrected, since corners were cut, and professionals now have to correct the mistakes. Each professional is telling me the house was put together poorly, NONE OF THIS should be happening to a home this age, and are recommending hiring a lawyer. Saying the builder likely has an inspector in their pocket who let them get away with this. I've tried to give Sobel the chance to make it right, but of course they are declining any help, and avoiding to respond to my correspondence. Best place to buy bedding. The customer service is incredible. Pam was super helpful with placing an order and assisting with an issue I had. The quality of the bedding is resort quality and the only place to find a set with two flat sheets! Do not hesitate, buy a set today, you won't regret it!

I’ve done business with Sobel Co for over 10 years. They are extremely reputable, the buyers needs and wants are always exceeded. I’ve been part of the beginning phase of the construction to the final stages where the homes are turned over to the buyers and I have not met a unhappy buyer yet.. Nothing but quality!!

Quality isnt their priority. Bought into a townhouse, 2nd floor is not level at all. Overall build quality is a joke.
