Samson management should get 0 stars. I lived at the Tarrytown property for about four years. This is how it was managed. Let’s start with the parking, they refuse to provide people who rent from them a spot. So it’s a free for all after 4pm. You can buy a spot or just do what the residents do and have scooters, unregistered motorcycles, and unregistered cars hold your spot. There is a Large infestation of roaches that is never ending due to water damage, mold and poor ventilation. One night i killed 12 big roaches. Disgusting and unacceptable. During the winter months the heat will go out when it’s the coldest. Maybe if your lucky the supers will address it the next day but it will out not too long after that. I believe it went out about ten times in a two month period. The pipes are too

Wow, I cannot believe these reviews are still bad. I moved out in 2022 after 5 years of bugs, water leaks, no heat, no parking. It was bad before I got there and its sad to see that nothing has changed. I live in Queens and have had zero problems compared to Sleepy Hollow. Very disheartening 😔

As I'm reading these reviews I cant help but thank God I moved out of there.Apartments are spacious,and Tarrytown is very nice and family friendly village.Samson management is the worst slum lord. They raise rent every year and when you request maintenance,they take forever to respond. I;ve had to email head office several times,and they get upset. If your'e not in by 4 pm.you will have to park down the street where Friday restaurant was,or drive around all night waiting and hoping.Please Do Not Move There. Dont let the size of the apartments fool you. I lived there for 11 years and you cant go anywhere and get home later than 4,otherwise no parking,yet some people have 3 or 4 vechicles taking up parking spot. I can go on and on but just glad im out

My boy lives here, very nice suburban diverse community. Don't park in a spot that says reserved or has a number, you will be towed

Visited a friend. Not sure anything about the building services and cost however the building looked clean and community areas kept up. The apartment/condo layout was roomy and had a decent size balcony. Good amount of closet space and q.nice layout
