The current management are oblivious to the concerns of tenants and are in inept to resolving issues. I am paying $3500 a month to sleep on the floor of my living room because I have had mold in my bedroom apartment, bathroom walls and living room windows for the past six months. I have had several discussions with property managers resulting in the issue being unresolved. The current issue is a housing code violation according to Westchester county housing statues and the property owners are unwavering in mitigating the structural issue within the unit, and is currently focused on quick fixes.

Absolutely poor management. Tenants stuck in snow while the whole city is cleared off. They dont answer email, dont answer calls, nothing. Worst decision to lease here. Stay far away.

Before going to sign your lease at this apartment complex you should read this review. All of the 5 star reviews on here are either from previous management companies or are about a maintenance person who no longer works there which makes there 4.3 rating inflated an inaccurate. My entire stay at living at Everbend was a headache. First, the apartments are extremely outdated and even with the "upgrades" they are making they are still living behind old washers and dryers that barely work. The doors are so old that one day I was leaving for work, the door knob actually came off on the inside and I had to call the police to let me out. The new management companies communication is awful. They say they emailed everyone things, but I did not receive specific emails about parking projects going

I have moved here with my family late last year. Since the very first week and till this moment, we have had the worst experiences ever, starting with cockroaches, dysfunctional appliances (even though they claim they are new), flooded garages, poorly maintained units (poor painting job before delivering the unit, misaligned doors and drawers, and repeatedly malfunctioning heating) and constantly overflowing trash room. The worst part of all of this is the lack of prompt reaction from management and maintenance. This became clearly obvious during the many snow storms we had this winter. I am writing this review now with all of the snow from the blizzard remaining all over the property (roads, paths and in front of garages) while all other properties and roads had been cleared already. STAY AWAY! DO NOT BE FOOLED by the old 5-star reviews! Those are from former management when maintenance reportedly got bonuses for them. Since Rose Property Management took over and rebranded to Everbend, my experience here has been a DISASTER. The advertised rent feels like a TOTAL SCAM. I’ve found that even if the price looks low, you can expect to pay an extra couple hundred EVERY SINGLE MONTH in fees for amenities, washer/dryer, trash, and utilities. They even charge a fee to pay your own rent! They hiked rents last year with ZERO upgrades to the non-renovated units with long term tenants! In my experience, snow removal is a nightmare and the trash room is a DISGUSTING, overflowing mess. My unit is so poorly insulated that I am FREEZING in the winter and BOILING in the summer. The
