I would not rent at this property! I made two appointments to meet with the manager to finish paperwork for the application process. Both times she was not there. The first time she didnt bother calling me or anything. Thd second time again no call. There was a note on the office door from the maintenance person to her. I felt extremely disrespected by her actions. I also feel it's very unprofessional!

Its really nice here and the strict rules that are enforced keep us and our complex safe and clean and i love that... audrey truly cares and i know i dont have to worry as much because she makes sure all is well here. Thank you management

They're nice starter apartments but they're extremely strict on the rules. Which I understand to a point but they take it too far sometimes.

Never answer their phones even during business hours
