Kristine was a very nice realtor, but being a first time home buyer I felt very alone in the process. The day before closing I received a call saying she will not be able to be at the title signing because of the fog. I went to title blindly without any guidance. A couple hours after that I had a final walkthrough that she was not present for either. And when keys were ready to be giving to us the title company tried to contact her and couldn’t get through, they ended up getting in touch with me personally. On the most important day of the process I was left alone. Come to find out after all this process was behind us I came to find out of some unexpected bill that was not in her control, but I only write this review because I’ve asked her to be transparent with me on this and to this day

Kristine was a wonderful guide and mentor in helping us purchase our dream home. She was fast and responsive, often going out of her way to help with questions and concerns. She went above and beyond in her care for us, making the stressful process of purchasing a home much more manageable. She was personable and we would certainly refer to her again :)
