Skyview Duplexes

Me and my husband moved in beginning of march. We dealt with Kaylee. She is been nothing short of amazing, as well as our landlord Jeremy. However, I’m very displeased with the fact we pay $1600 a month and none of our repairs have been made. When we’re moving in we were told our apartment had flooded and they were coming out to finishing repairing the trim and getting rid of mold. However they didn’t come back and finish the job and my master bath still has mold and water damage to the trim and sink. The landlord has reached out to Kaylee and been told they’d come repair it but they’ve never returned. I now have a list of repairs that need to be made and things that aren’t working. My wife and I were in the process for relocation to Wichita. We toured rentals all day, but none compared to these. The house was beautiful, spacious, and very affordable. Regrettably, we had to break our lease due to a lost job. The staff knew of my situation and worked out a deal everybody was happy with. I couldn't be more impressed with them. 11/10 would live there again

These duplexes are so nice!! Neighborhood are also such a friendly place to live at. Anytime there is an issue and we call maintenance, they are always out there I. And hour or less to make sure everything is fixed up. They also call and check up to make sure we didn't need anything else!! We have been nothing but satisfied living out here!

Absolutely amazing! Very informative and has great communication. Made us feel welcome during the walkthrough and answered any questions we had. Made us feel like the home we choose was the best option! Amazing experience.

Absolutely amazing house options, amazing management, quick and easy appointment scheduling, made us feel at home at every viewing we were invited to, overall a huge 5 star experience and can not wait to be apart of Skyview!
