Iron Gate New Home Develoment

I live in here and wouldn't recommend buying in the development. The developer has lost interest in building the nice homes that the development started with. The next phase of the development will have much smaller lots than the current phase(s) and obviously the home sizes and prices will be smaller and cheaper as well. Current residents protested this change while never once being contacted by the developer. In fact, the developer and his henchmen even threatened us with building duplexes in the neighborhood at the planning commission meeting if we didn't let him have his way. As the neighborhood is now, it's the nicest it will ever be.

Full disclosure: this review is solely from the perspective of making pick-ups/deliveries to the neighborhood. The layout is attractive and convenient, the homes all look nice with a common anesthetic and the few interiors I've seen were really well done. The few folks I've met were all very nice and the place seemed quiet and inviting.

Beautiful homes. Would love to live in a smaller version. Less expensive. Love the H&H builders floor plan
