Skyridge Club Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Skyridge Club Apartments. The community is well maintained, the grounds are always clean, and the amenities are a huge plus. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a big difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Overall, it’s a quiet, comfortable place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

David and Nick have been the face of Skyridge Apartments for the last year and in my opinion are the best example of customer service and maintenance. Property management companies are all the same. They are in business to maximize profit on investments and in order to do so they need to maintain and repair anything at the lowest cost. As a tenant this can be frustrating ( especially if you have been accustomed to owing your home versus renting ) and sometimes fixing and repairing things may take days to complete. Nick and David have made the negative side of repairs and maintenance a painless process. They treat both my fiancé' and myself like family. Natali was absolutely amazing!! She was so welcoming. I was honestly between 2 different apartment complexes and because she was just so warm and welcoming I went with skyridge.

My son has the flu and my family got a suprise when the repair people showed up to finish a job after I told someone Friday that my son had the flu.. This was never agreed upon when I said my som has the flu. They just said okay andhung up now the company they brought in left dirt on my floor turned power to half my unit off and I have no hot water for two days!!!!!!!

I’ve rented from over five different properties in my life, and unfortunately, this was the first where I encountered notable issues. To start with the positives: The community is in a safe, friendly area, and I never had any trouble with parking—which is a big plus. The staff were generally polite and professional in demeanor. However, several issues during my time here made my overall experience disappointing. First, the construction quality leaves much to be desired. The walls are extremely thin—I could clearly hear my neighbor’s conversations, TV, and even their microwave from across the apartment. As a professional in the coatings industry, I also noticed the use of extremely low-grade paint (specifically ProMar), which doesn’t reflect well on the property’s commitment to quality.
