Randall Village Apartments

Very disappointing experience with the management here. My husband and I attempted to pay our rent through the online portal on Sunday the 1st. On Tuesday we checked our bank account and saw that the payment had never been processed and the money was not taken out. As soon as we noticed, we went back to the website and submitted the payment again. However, the system automatically added a $100 late fee. We called the office and explained the situation, and Denise told us she would speak with her manager. The manager refused to remove the fee. Charging residents $100 for a late fee when we clearly attempted to pay on time and immediately fixed the issue is extremely unfair. Situations like this make it feel like management cares more about collecting extra fees than treating residents fai

Current 1-bed tenant review (started leasing in July 2025): - Touring & signing process was very smooth & easy, Israel was very open & responded right away whenever we had questions or concerns - Facilities are nice, pool is well maintained & the main house is renovated & gorgeous - Various age in each type of units, toured an older variation & it still seemed higher quality for having a bit more dated furnishings (price is lower to reflect the age which is a great balance) - Currently in a newer unit & really enjoying our space. Has lots of great features & the quality of it was worth the additional cost on our rent. Only problem we have had is the heat level- being on a second floor we do get a lot warmer much quicker, just meaning we had to run our A/C much more during the summertime -

I loved living at Randall Village Apartments. I only was able to live there a year, but it was perfect for me. The rent was really reasonable for the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, much less expensive than similar ones I was looking at. It was fully updated and provided quiet living. The staff was extremely polite and responsive. Loved the pool during the summer, and met some great people living there. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would have renewed for sure. Great place to live.

The whole Randall Village Apartment team is AWESOME! Promt and excellent service when needed. Everyone is so friendly and caring for the residents needs. The whole Apartment complex is very clean and well maintained. It is a pleasure to live in such a great community. Thank you office and Maintenance crew for making it a special experience to live here.👍😊

I highly recommend Randall Village Apartments for your leasing/living needs. Gayle is sweet and responsive, always willing to help when needed. The maintenance team, Tom and Mike, are exceedingly incredible whether it’s a standard work order or an emergency call. The entire team is personable, they are always looking out for myself and my daughter with special needs to ensure we are safe and happy in our apartment. The amenities are excellent, and I always know Gayle, Tom, and Mike are here for us like a second family.
