I have been living here for 8 or 9 months and I would says that I love that christine is the new head manager, now that she’s the head leasing manager I can now leave a great review she checks in with any issue I have, make sure it’s handled promptly, as well as the new assistant manager bri she is super sweet and communicative that’s really big for me as I am a communicator … Christian and Bri ,(a dynamic duo)… I don’t want to even bring up the move in issue with the previous manager because it’s been great ever since… both ladies email back, have great attitudes, helpful, professional yet relatable… and I will renew my lease for sure simply off of them… Oh bonus mention *bri #2* is what I call her she’s a leasing agent here and she is very welcoming, sweet and helpful… oh and if you w

She takes the time to listen, answer all questions thoroughly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly from the application process to move-in and beyond. I've lived here for about 8 months now and love it. I plan to renew for sure. The safety is top notch, they have security guards that are always around. The parking deck is well lit and there's never a shortage of spaces close to the door. The maintenance guys are fast and kind. Problems fixed within the day, 48hrs max. The amenities (pool, gym, courtyards, etc) are cleaned regularly and just got upgraded this year(2025). The rooftop and 24hr gym alone are worth the cost of rent. All the leasing people are sweet and so on top of it whenever I call with a question or concern. No noise complaints as far as hearing someone through the walls but maybe I got lucky with neighbors? I can occasionally hear above neighbors but very seldom and usually just when they drop something heavy. Central loc
