Cari (property manager)and management are incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Management lost track of my payments for three months and held me responsible. When confronted with ways to remedy this issue, Cari in particular was condescending and uncooperative. Maintenance consistently took too long to address repair requests. The plumbing is terrible in the building and it took them over five weeks to fix the bathtub and sink. While the apartments themselves are beautiful and homey, it's not worth the disrespect of the poor management. I can't recommend you enough to look elsewhere and save yourself a year of frustration.

Sketchy neighbors, high rental price for ok space. They recently changed Management which isn't that great / pretty slow. Their accounting team is also disorganized.
