I had a great experience with this real estate agency. They supported me from day one, helped me find the right place, and guided me through every step of the process until I officially moved in. Anne, Jim, and Justin were especially helpful during the tour—they were professional, friendly, and very informative. I was hoping that what i've been through with this company was false , but it's not. This would be my second time now Applying for this company within one year , two properties located in cerritos , one was a 4bedroom and the other one was a 5 bedroom. I have a special needs daughter that receive government assistance that's a a minor and I have a voucher. I believe his name was Jim who i was dealing with.after i applied for the first home he told me that the owners wants to see bank statements, I told them that because my daughter's income and the program that she's with do not allow us to have more than 2000 into a bank account.
