Skyline Luxury Apartments

I lived here and I loved it! The apartments have some of the nicest finishes and everything feels really well maintained. I absolutely love Carrin she’s wonderful. She helped me jump start my car in the rain one time 😂 (because my battery died). She really runs this place like she cares. I cannot recommend this community enough. Clean, respectful, safe and the location couldn’t be better.

Watched them blow all the leaves from the property out into the street without a care in the world. Absolutely trashy laziness from the maintenance or landscapers here.

I was a tenant here for two years and found the complex to be quiet, clean, and overall well taken care of by property management and staff. The onsite manager, Carrin, is very responsive and takes great care of the Skyline Property and its tenants!

Karen the manager is by far the most incompetent property manager I have ever had to deal with. The property itself is way over priced and is no where near worth the money. Add the inept management on top of everything else and you have yourself a big loser.

I moved in July of 2021 into a 2bd/2ba and I’m still here currently. Hignell has been a great company to work with, as the previous manager Raechelle was great and so is current manager Carrin. Pros: • Clean interiors and clean exterior • Modern finishes and appliances • Quiet neighbors, really pleasant surroundings (trees, greenery, California park) • Very pet friendly • Can always find parking close to unit • Gated community provides some peace of mind. I’ve never seen anybody suspicious. • Never had a package stolen even when sitting out overnight • Manager is very proactive and goes out of her way to help people • Maintenance fixes stuff quickly Cons: I have no cons about the unit itself or management.
