Skyline Commons

As a resident at Skyline Commons having Kandi in the office is the best thing this property has done for it's business. Prior to her work here when reaching out to the office in need of something, concerns or even trying to contact maintenance it was like hitting a brick wall. I tend to do things on my own and not need to bother the property but she is the only person who addresses an issue and takes care of it quickly. Kandi is very responsive to emails and phone calls unlike other experiences I've had trying to contact the office where no one picks up or emails back in a timely manner. I also have to say that she is there from the time the office opens till it is set to close, if she isn't there phones aren't picked up, emails aren't answered and residents have no access to anyone in the

Kandi has been a great support since the start of my application, she explained everything step by step and communicated all progress via email and phone. During the apartment tour she was very patient with me and answered all my questions.

Everybody be careful during the night time when you park your car at your home ? I live in skyline drive Dracut Monday night somebody stole my car tires and skyline drive apartments have no cameras or streetlights for 100-200 apartments down the hill. Not only that Donna Gomez was very rude and did nothing to prevent this even though they have had criminal activity before but didn't get security cameras or security. You would be better of living in lowell which has cheaper rent and better security. And I have already reached out directly to the main office and the didn't do anything many donna gomez.

The Skyline Commons team has been both professional and expedient and addressing my requests. The commons are also clean, safe and well maintained. I would recommend Skyline Commons to renters that are shopping the area.

The best place to live! I love Skyline 😍. The staff is really professional. I just hope they add more visitor parking.
