My family and I have been here over 14 years. We are unable to find anything equivalent in unit size anywhere in Dracut area that is fully wheelchair accessible. TMI Management has always had our needs and our sons needs in mind all the time. They have done improvements to the property over the years. They have ample storage cages in the basement for a fee. Large community room cooking area for a fee. With resident weight room. There is a restaurant on site with other businesses in the complex. Everything we need is with in walking distances.
Apartment living is not the most enjoyable kind of living. However, I do have to say Beaver Brook Village Mill apartments are exceptionally nice. Very spacious, quiet and your privacy is respected. No problems with residence and management has been great too. I’m very happy and enjoy living here. 😊
