Skyline at Westfall Station

I have been in the Clermont area for 10 years now and have been to serval communities and was previously a home renter. I had the pleasure of touring with Dayton and Laura December 2024 and really enjoyed my experience! They listened to my needs and found the perfect apartment for me. They always are hosting great events that I usually miss, but they are always thoughtful and fun! The most recent was a Fall Festival where they had a dunk tank and about 20 vendors to shop from. They have a great private room where I hosted a 1 year old birthday party - it was so convenient! Arianna (sometimes I call her April), Natalie, and Pamela are also great from the office! They take my concerns including landscaping needs(thank you for taking care of the yellow bushes) and trash violations seriously.

This is my first time living in an apartment complex in the Clermont area and I have nothing bad to say. The desk staff is friendly and attentive, the property is clean, the atmosphere is calm. I have had very good interactions with the maintenance staff and they are very quick to turn around any problems or maintenance requests I have filed. The other tenants are friendly and I have had no issues with neighbors or hearing music or people through the walls. I would recommend this complex to anyone that is looking in the Clermont area.

I toured Skyline at Westfall Station with a friend today and loved the apartments — modern, spacious, and well-maintained. Our other friend who lives here always raves about the office staff and amenities, and I can see why: everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I’m especially impressed with the new clubhouse additions (the mini market in the mail room and the cooling towel station are great touches). Arianna gave us our tour and was fantastic — knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. My friend can’t wait to call Skyline home!

*****Review EDIT: After sitting down with the property manager, I was able to gain a better understanding of the procedures followed after an eviction. I was informed that state statutes allow for residents to retrieve their belongings once removed, and I now see why certain protocols are in place. However, I am a current resident and feel it is important to provide honest feedback based on my experience over the past year. There have been multiple concerning incidents, including residents' belongings being placed at the entrance following evictions, which creates an unsightly and unwelcoming appearance for what is marketed as a "luxury" apartment community. This is my first apartment here in Clermont since moving from Orlando and it has been an easy experience! It is a quiet area with friendly staff. The courtesy officer on the premises is also very kind and responsive! The location is a big plus, I recommend living here.
