Using ai as a ‘leasing agent’ I haven’t spoke to a real person once. The application portal has constant issues, set up a tour but nobody was on site, nobody communicated any information regarding tour prior to arrival, and I still haven’t been able to reach a real person. I just want to prevent anyone else from going through this and wasting their time with a company that doesn’t even bother to use real people to create real relationships and provide accurate tour dates and times.
