Skyhouse Buckhead

Been here one week — now it makes sense why they make you sign the lengthy sheet about mold being normal. Dishwasher doesn’t work and no one has came to fix it. Same with the blinds. And then I notice my clothes smell funky, this is my washing machine after scrubbing twice. Still smells bad. There’s bleach soaking in there now. Also, their resident portal is down so you can’t even request a work order yourself and just have to trust that the leasing office that put you in this position to begin with is gonna get it done. It’s like they did not even try to have this place ready for me and I moved all the way from Michigan and the unit was occupied so I could not check it before I moved in and they wanted me to sign the lease before seeing the unit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SkyHouse Buckhead As a professional photographer, I can honestly say that living at SkyHouse Buckhead has been one of the most creatively inspiring experiences I’ve had in Atlanta. The views alone are a daily reminder of why I chose this city; every sunset feels like a masterpiece waiting to be captured. This photo was taken right from my balcony; the way the light reflects off the glass and paints the skyline never gets old. SkyHouse isn’t just a place to live; it’s been a source of peace, perspective, and inspiration for my work. The staff has always been professional, the building is well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels elevated yet grounded. pretty nice apt & living experience + nice concierges. driving around the buckhead roads in the area surrounding this apt is very congested. a plus is that it is very close (walkable) to marta station. if u move here, be sure to drive slowly around the corners and closer to the wall as much as possible in the resident parking garage bc the turns are really tight if another car is coming! there are also not many visitor parking spaces but depends on time.

Nice apartments and the price seems on par with the area. I will say, if you can't deal with the smell of Marijuana, it is a common scent in the elevators, but that only takes one person and has nothing to do with the building. I am not a resident but have spent a considerable amount of time there. The views are amazing, and being that the love of my life lives there, I have when any times to the most beautiful sunrises and looking over 400 from the 20th floor. I have always been surprised by the noise from sirens, engines, and anything that may be taking place outside as it gets quite loud. As a guest, you will be charged $6.00 each day, and that is reasonable. I will say the only thing that sticks out besides noise is the water temperature in the shower. It is a toss-up. I moved my mother in two weeks ago and the apartment was beyond disgusting! No one walked the apartment before we moved in then they tried to blame it on rushing when there wasn't a rush on my moms end. They tried to say it was only that specific apartment and took me to others that were dirty as well. Even the common areas and halls were disgusting. The elevator makes noises as well and the communication button on the elevator is always going off. The property manager stated that it was due to them wanting to sell the location but this isn't any excuse! Do NOT lease WITHOUT looking!
