See below about a rental property that was managed by this LLC- Nothing Wrong or any issues with the management Ash Brewer but who ever owned this property that he was working for - I would NOT RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. As we still have not received our full security deposit and have to submit legal actions. Our experience renting at 2227 Reading Ave, West Lawn, PA was deeply disappointing due to numerous unresolved maintenance and habitability issues. From the start, the property was not cleaned or prepared as promised — we encountered cat urine odors, debris left behind, broken appliances, and even pests. Throughout our tenancy, major concerns such as a nonfunctional A/C unit, leaking faucets, unsafe electrical outlets, and water intrusion in the basement were never properly addressed despit
