The Loft is first class and a huge upgrade to my life, and the company are saviors to my young life. I'm willing to stay here for years.

We went to see one of the available units. The woman that met us there looked a mess. Not what you would expect a professional showing properties to look. I don’t think she smiled once. The places are all old and you can see haven’t been updated since the 80’s. They offer no extras but are charging the same as the other communities not too far away that have pools and in unit washers and dryers. This place has a public laundromat that everyone uses. The maintenance guys were scary looking. We spoke with one of the neighbors and she said she was actually on her way out by August 1 because management is way too involved with tenants personal business. We were not impressed by the place or the people in charge.

The new management under Nicole and Jim has made a world of a difference the past few years. There is quick response time in an issue. When they first took over our fridge, dishwasher and stove broke all at the same time because of previous management. Within 48 hours we had all new appliances. A year later our hot water heater exploded and they responded within 4 hours with a new one while I had 3 small children running around without complaint! Today our air conditioner wasn't working and Perry from maintenance brought a new one and installed it within 20 minutes. The quick response time and constant care makes living here stress-free and a pleasure.

This place is horrible!! The neighbors are inconsiderate they leave their dogs bark constantly, my one neighbor doesn’t even put her dog on a leash, just throws the dog out the back door, the other one puts the dog on a chain and hangs it out their back door as the dog comes over to my porch and scares my cat, I got piles of dog feces on both sides of my place constantly, this place should put residents with dogs in one area as not to bother others. It’s very irritating when neighbors are yelling and slamming doors at all hours and when questioned they say “oh sorry” but continue with the behavior. Ignorance is what I call it and laziness on management. Management/maintance is lacking as repairs take months to fix. If you do have an issue you have to wait days for even a call back. I would

I absolutely love living here and maintenance is so responsive. It’s quiet and peaceful. I feel safe living here. However, recently the landscaping has taken a backseat in the complex with bushes over grown, grass clippings left on patios/porches and over lack of attention. It used to be so meticulous but has taken a hit more recently. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to live!
