I lived at Skye at McClintock Station for nearly a year, and my experience was consistently frustrating due to mismanagement, maintenance issues, and unsanitary conditions. When I applied, I was verbally promised a specific unit layout, but upon move-in I was given a completely different unit. Management handed me a map and told me to find the unit myself, even though I had never seen the property before. The unit was missing blinds (management told me to buy a curtain), no showerhead, and a leaking bathroom sink that took over a week to fix. Urgent repairs — including a non-draining dishwasher, backed-up kitchen sink, and a jammed fire exit door, were often ignored despite repeated emails, calls, and emergency voicemails. Maintenance sometimes came, but communication was minimal,no sche
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and this place actually felt like home. Never had any complaints about the property, safety and the service that was offered during my stay was amazing. Rob who’s the assistant manager has been super helpful, such an awesome guy to reach out to when you are in need of any help or assistance with your apartment. You’ve been amazing Rob! Huge shoutout out to you man!
Update from last night. I would give this place 10 stars if I could after seeing first hand what the people in the office have to deal with. There is a extremely unwell individual Mackansie that resides in building A. I am hoping something can de done about this person. Now I fear going to the dog park and seeing her. To be honest I am not one to write a review but feel it is needed after referring a friend and them asking about reviews of the pace. Been living here for just under 3 years and have had absolutely zero problems with the office. I find them to be great. The issue I do have is with unhealthy individuals approaching me in the dog park and speaking ill of the office members and spreading gossip to the other pet owners. YOU know who YOU are. your dog is named after a friends char
The 3 stars are for how nice the apartments actually are, but only 3 stars because everything else is kind of bad. Amenities are almost constantly closed or so dirty it is impossible to even use, hallways left dirty for more than 24 hours, and the worse part is the management for sure. If you move here it is probably going to be for the apartments, but if you want to be respected by staff you need to impose it and not let them fool you. As soon as they see that you are not playing around and you increase your level of rudeness to theirs they will chill around you. Otherwise, you will pretty much be left on read and disrespected 100%.
3/3/26 This review reflects my personal experience as a current resident. I did attempt to resolve these issues with the property manager Vanessa, but received no resolution. I was recently double charged approximately $1,900 for rent and related fees. It required multiple phone calls before I was able to reach someone, and the correction was not immediate. When significant billing discrepancies occur, timely resolution and proactive communication are essential. I waited since March 1st for the invoice to be corrected. During a phone call I had received today from Vanessa, the property manager, the discussion shifted from resolving the billing issue to addressing my tone after I mentioned a maintenance request for air filter replacement that had been submitted five days prior. The week b
