This place is a joke. They have known about our hazardous living conditions since May but have done zero about it. As soon as we sent pictures & video to them on how bad it has gotten for us the very next day they send us a 30 notice to vacate. As you can see from the pictures we are dealing with not only black mold but the foundation is so bad it literally has one side of the house coming apart

Ive been at the same property for 3 years and Ive never had an issues until today. I received a text message from a Denise who works for Skyclover to inform me that I had a past due balance and if it wasn't paid by the 1st that they would start the eviction process..well for starters that balance is for the electric gas and water not rent rent was paid in FULL on the 1st as always. The way they have the utilities set up is a mess and they should change it back to the city so we have more options instead of being threatened with eviction when rent is already paid. They need a number we can call and actually speak to someone instead of they stupid chat on the app they gives you the run around.

I have lived at one of their properties since Dec 2023. Horrible property management, first I went 10 days without being able to use the shower and maintenance never would respond. Then out of nowhere they turned off my electric which was originally billed through the app. But no one could finger out why or how to get it back on for three days . Thank god the remodel crew let me use their electrical cord from next door to keep my fridge going. About six months in they did this transition for all tenants to suddenly obtain the electric into their name which was fine but communication is horrible with these people. You can’t call them in an emergency. Or at all really . This is managed by some woman named Denise and good luck with that! Snarky woman. There was an issue with the sewer pipe

These people don't need to be landlords they are a joke.They don't know what they are doing are the responsibility of being a landlord. I went to court with these people and we settle with an agreement. Realy i think we could have won cause the fact they sent the notice to vacate to the wrong addtess and the costable went to the wrong house zip code wrong zip. It took them on the 3rd try to serve. And now they are still harrassing me for the rent. They were texting me2 to 3 times a day since Jan. 2025. I tried to talk to their Lawyer yesterday but he never return my call. Today Skyclover is still harrassing me

I haven’t had an issue at all until here in the past week or so. My AC has not been working properly, so Skyclover sent an AC tech out. The tech said either Skyclover needs to re-insulate the entire townhome or they need to install a bigger unit because the unit I have is not big enough for the size of the townhome. So about a week in a half later I email “Denise” asking about what’s going on with the AC. She responded saying I had 30 days to vacate because the owner is selling the property. Mind you, I just renewed my lease for a year in June 2024. And it was not a full 30 days notice which is ILLEGAL. She was very rude to me when I tried talking to her about it.
