Jeff and his team listened to us and built us a high quality, beautiful home in Eagles Nest. Building, particularly the last few years, is difficult, but we were very pleased in the end. Optimizing our view and building a generational home was crucial and Sky delivered.

We worked with Jeff Pell on a condo project in Banner Elk over the past few years. Most recently he rebuilt the railing on our deck and fixed a flagstone patio. It looks amazing. Jeff worked well with the structural engineer bring the deck up to code and also worked with the Property Owners Association to make sure the design was consistent with the rest of the condo properties. Jeff added lighting to the railing for the final touch. Jeff is creative and a good problem solver. He easy to work with and has much integrity and a very personable demeanor.

Sky House, which is a business comprised of absolute professionals, built our home in Eagles Nest, Banner Elk, North Carolina. We built our home from afar as we live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and like many others in our community, had to rely upon our contractor and their team in our absence.
