After closing on a corporate property (which happened to be a hunting cabin), we found out three months later that the corporation had an issue. I wouldn’t do business with this place .My fiancé bought a manufactured cabin through a realtor which he was told he needed to get the title transferred into his name after closing from Jennifer Cleveland ( the closer) . When we got the the title company to transfer the title into his name they told him he didn’t have the original title and couldn’t transfer the title into his name, all he had was the manufacture certificate of origin where the cabin was made and that wasn’t signed on the back of it from the previous owners. So they couldn’t put the title into his name . The closer, Jennifer Cleveland knew that he didn’t have the original title cause the title company called her and she dispersed his funds to the sellers of the cabin and everyone involved without him getting a title .
