When I closed on April 30th 2021 they showed the title was clear and no taxes owed on the property. I even had to pay prorated taxes to the seller. Just received a letter from the county saying delinquent taxes were owed for 2021. I was told by Amy Witten that they received the wrong information. I have requested the documentation they used to determine no taxes were owed and she will not provide them to me. The reason is because they have no paperwork. So why did I pay for a title search if they didn't do an actual title search. I had to pay the back taxes out of pocket and the seller's real estate agent has since paid me out of her pocket. If you want a clear title do not use this company.
Emily was very friendly and accomodating. I'll know more when my transaction is complete. May change my rating then.
