Six Oaks by Mungo Homes

TLDR: If you're looking to build with Mungo don't. If you've already sat down with them and you can get your earnest deposit back, do so and dont look back. If you'd like to know why please continue reading. My wife and I purchased our home from Mungo in October 2025. Since then we've had several issues that have occurred and although Mungo is willing to fix SOME of them, and I do mean only some, its alarming that these issues have happened so soon compared to my previous experience with a new build. HVAC Mungo uses a unit that is just big enough to meet the requirement to cool and heat the home according to their engineers specifications. It works on paper, but in practical day to day use by a resident, you'll find that the heating and cooling aren't effective during extreme weather.

We are in the process of building in Six Oaks. From the first contact to the design meeting the process has been so easy. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with.
