Sitterle Homes- Parmer Ranch Cottages

When touring the cottages last week, very nice!! We were excited-Super small tucked away/cozy neighborhood. Well 😟, the sales agent (Freddi) called this neighborhood a “cottage regime” 😳. Didn’t sit well with us at all. Who wants to come home to a regime 😬. I’m not sure if she said this to scare us away on purpose? She didn’t offer us a booklet, floorplans, nor to tour a home already ready. Nothing really. Very disappointing. We were very very interested in buying in this neighborhood but this has turned us away unfortunately. We love to be in a welcoming/diverse (in every way) and kind-hearted neighborhood ❤️.

We had possibly the worst experience building our home with sitterle. The worst part about this experience is that they make you believe they are something they aren’t then one you put down your deposit and are locked in they completely go back on everything they’ve ever said. we have lost count on how many lies they have told us. its almost been two years and we are still finding out lies they told us that they told our neighbors complete opposite things. They will make you believe they are family owned and will really treat you right, but we had the complete opposite experience! When we found sitterle my husband and I fell in love with the indoor /outdoor 3 panel sliding glass door and they said absolutely not! there aren’t any available and no one with a sitterle home in our neighborhoo

The houses are fine. It's based on what we were looking for, the houses seemed a little small to our liking.

Beautiful homes but extremely small and way overpriced
