I hate it here! I’ll be so glad when my lease is up ! They charge you monthly for parking, but there are no assigned spots or covered parking available. On top of that the parking lots are horrible and need to be worked on.The communication from the new office management is insufficient! The grounds are poorly kept. Trash everywhere. Kids riding scooters up and down the balcony. People leave clothes on the balcony railing and in common areas. My apartment unit has this weird smell. I suspected mold in my bathroom, and they left an uneven discolored patch on the wall when it was fixed. There is a pest issue in these units, which grosses me out and concerns me with how often they need to do treatments, especially considering that I’m heavily pregnant and will be bringing a newborn baby home

I love this place! The leasor Susan Reyes couldn’t have been any sweeter. She took time explained everything in detail and made me feel truly welcome. I visited one apartment complex and fell in love with the management facilities just everything. It’s quiet and close to everything I need. I am a new tenant and can’t wait to move in to my new home.

I am very pleased with how job orders are handled. Requests are taken care of promptly, often within the same day, which I truly appreciate. The Scottsdale site consistently carries itself in a professional manner. I have nothing negative to say about the team or their service.

Normally, this kind of process frustrates me, but Jasmine, the onsite manager, completely changed my experience. I happened to stop by while she was on lunch and was about to leave when she called out to me, “Hey there! I can help you!” She had come back 20 minutes early from her break just to assist me. She took the time to explain the policy, made the process quick and easy, and got me on my way with a key in hand. What impressed me most happened shortly after.
